Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AluRate Pro (the "Service"), operated by Nexus Eclipse Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AluRate Pro is a business application for aluminium fabrication and related workshops. It provides tools for rate-based quotations, stock inventory, purchases, billing, sharing (such as PDF/image export), and subscription-backed access.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for lawful business purposes. You sign in with a phone number and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

3. Free trial

Eligible new accounts may receive one free trial managed by AluRate Pro. On production, the trial length is 14 days unless we communicate otherwise. No Google Play payment method is required to start the free trial. The trial does not automatically charge you when it ends.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid access is sold as an auto-renewing monthly subscription through Google Play (product such as alurate_pro_monthly).
  • Price and taxes are shown in Google Play at purchase time (reference pricing may be listed as approximately PKR 650 / month in Pakistan; other countries may differ).
  • Google Play handles payment, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under Google's terms.
  • Cancel anytime in Google Play subscription settings. Access usually continues until the end of the current paid period when Play reports an active entitlement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of business content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and documents you share with customers.

7. Intellectual property

AluRate Pro, including software and branding, is owned by Nexus Eclipse Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Quotations and stock figures depend on data you and administrators provide. You remain responsible for your business decisions and customer-facing documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Eclipse Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) PKR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, invalid subscription state, fraud risk, or to protect the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
