Delete your AluRate Pro account

This page explains how to request deletion of your AluRate Pro account (app name on Google Play: AluRate Pro, developer: Nexus Eclipse Pvt Ltd).

1. Request deletion in the app

1. Open the AluRate Pro app and sign in with your phone number and password.
2. Go to Settings (or Account / Profile).
3. Choose the option to delete your account or request account deletion.
4. Confirm the request when prompted.

2. Or request by email

Email alurate@nexuseclipse.com from a contact method we can match to your account. Include:

• The phone number used to sign in
• Your shop / business name
• A clear request to delete the AluRate Pro account

3. What is deleted

After we process a verified request, we delete or anonymize account credentials and associated business records stored for the Service (for example quotes, stock, purchases, and billing records tied to your account), subject to the exceptions below.

4. What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for:

• Legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations
• Dispute resolution and security logs for a limited period
• Google Play subscription records handled by Google (cancel the subscription in Google Play if you no longer want it to renew)

5. Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days). Some backups or legal holds may take longer to purge fully.
