Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexus Eclipse Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AluRate Pro mobile application and related services (the "Service"), including our API at api.aluratepro.cloud.

1. Who we are

AluRate Pro is a business tool for aluminium fabricators and related workshops. It helps you manage quotations, stock, purchases, billing, and subscriptions. Contact: alurate@nexuseclipse.com · +92 333 7584780

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: phone number and password used to sign up and sign in.
  • Business profile: shop or business name, address, and contact details you choose to store.
  • App content you create: quotes, customers, stock items, purchase records, bills, and similar business records.
  • Subscription and purchase data: trial status, subscription status, and Google Play purchase verification data needed to grant paid access. Payment card details are processed by Google Play, not stored by AluRate Pro.
  • Support communications: messages you send to support (for example via WhatsApp or email).
  • Technical data: device and app information reasonably required to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

  • Create and authenticate your account and keep the Service secure.
  • Provide quoting, stock, purchase, billing, sharing/export, and related features.
  • Manage free trials and subscriptions (including verifying Google Play purchases).
  • Respond to support requests and password-reset assistance.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts may receive a free trial managed by AluRate Pro (currently 14 days on production). After the trial, paid access is purchased through Google Play as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. We do not take a separate payment method during the free trial. Google Play's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Google Play / Google: to verify and manage in-app subscriptions.
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting and database providers that process data on our behalf.
  • Legal or safety requirements: when required by law or to protect users and the Service.

6. Retention

We retain account and business data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion from within the app (where available) or by contacting support.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (including HTTPS and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

AluRate Pro is a business application intended for adults. It is not directed at children.

9. Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play, and contact us about your data or account deletion.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
